Conditions
Reservation
Please send us your reservation request via the contact form or directly by email. You will receive a reservation confirmation by email as soon as possible, which is valid for one week. If you do not confirm your reservation within these seven days, your reservation will expire and the apartment will be released again.
Booking
Bookings are also made via contact form or email. We will first reserve the desired apartment for you, and you have one week after receiving your reservation confirmation to make the deposit via PayPal or bank transfer. The deposit is 20% of the total price. You will receive a booking confirmation after receipt of payment. The remaining amount is due no later than 30 days before arrival. If this final payment is not received, we will release the apartment, and your deposit will remain with us and will not be refunded. Your booking will then be considered canceled.
Cancellation
Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellations made later are not possible; in this case, the total price of the trip must be paid.
